STUDENT MINISTRY
Our Student Ministry exists to help middle and high school students know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live it out boldly. Through weekly gatherings, events, and small groups, students find a place to belong, be encouraged, and be empowered to make a difference.

BSSM Ballpark
Join us for a day at the ballpark watching the Arkansas Travelers. For just $25 you will get to enter and enjoy the game while relishing in all you can eat hot dogs, hamburgers and pasta. PLAY BALL!
Back to School Bash
Let’s get excited for what the Lord has planned for the next school year! Join us at the Spring Lake Park Splash Pad – all bKids and Student Ministry kids and their families! We will have food, fellowship and lots of FUN!
Life Groups
Life Groups are where we explore and learn God’s word. Each week we highlight a piece of scripture and uncover its meaning for our world and our lives. We hang out, eat a light breakfast, and then break into groups to study God's word. Sunday's 9:30am, enter through Beech Street and find us in the Crow's Nest.
Youth Ministry
Youth Ministry is for all students from 6th-12th grades. We hang out, play games, worship, and hear a gospel centered message. This is a great time of easy-going community with students from all over the Texarkana area. Cafe open with various items. Find us in the FAC on Pecan St.

Small Group 7:30-8:00
SNL Evening Small Groups
Small Groups are available to all age groups, but it is not for the casual Christian. It is a time of delicate and deep discussion for students who have already demonstrated age appropriate levels of involvement, leadership, and discernment. In individual homes. Contact our Student Minister for involvement guidelines.
Special Events
Winter Retreat, Summer Camp, and Mission Trips are special events where students are allowed to step back from modern technology, grow in their walk with Christ, and focus on building community with their peers. We believe that these retreats are fundamental in demonstrating the importance of Christian community and personal growth to our BSSM students.
